MODEL AF
The Model AF is a medium duty machine with an electric foot switch and 2" diameter solid copper arms drilled at 90° and 30° on one end. This machine provides features such as a low fatigue electric foot switch, vertical adjustment of the lower arm, ejector type water cooled electrodes, side panels hinged for easy access to the machine interior, and a frame size designed to save valuable floor space.
This machine provides automatic weld current timing to assure accurate and consistent spot welds. A machine of great versatility equally adaptable for the small shop or high production line.
All Welding Machines are available in 208, 220, 440, and 550 Voltage configurations.

Arm Adjustments
Arm spacing 5 1/2 min to 13 1/2 max.
4" pull-out of top arm.
8" vertical.
The arms are adjustable for parallel operation allowing the use of flat faced tips for cross wire and projection welding.
ELECTRODE PRESSURE
Adjustable up to 750 lbs max for air operated machines.
(based on a 12" throat depth).
Electrodes
1" dia x 8" ejector type water cooled tip holders for #1 MT welding tips.
#2 MT electrodes or special types can be supplied.
Frame
Heavy steel construction with swinging side panels.
Base 14"W x 30"L x 41"H.
Heat Selector
Rotary Tap Switch for 8 heat ranges.
Transformer
CSA approved, rugged, water cooled for continuous production, at 50% duty cycle RWMA standards.
Welding Arms
2" solid copper machined standard to clamp electrode holder at 90° and 30°.
Welding Controls
AVAILABLE OPTION: Two stage foot operation, pulsation timing, slope control.
