The model AF-2A spot welder is a heavy duty spot welder that has an extremely rigid swinging lower arm holder, 10" adjustment by means of a hydraulic jack.

These rugged high speed machines are designed to give high quality welds on a continuous production basis. The model AF-2A is equipped with 2 1/2" solid copper arms drilled at 30° and 90° to accommodate the 1 1/4" water cooled electrode holders, horn type size 3, two standard ejector type water cooled electrode holders 1‐1/4" dia. #2MT, 10" vertical adjustment of lower knee, 8 point heat selector switch, 2 circuit water manifolds for input and output cooling water, 4" bore x 3" stroke double acting air cylinder with flow controls and cushioning, four way solenoid operated air valve, air line filter, pressure regulator, gauge and lubricator, single stage foot switch with toe guard and cable, and swinging type lower knee with hydraulic jack adjustment.

All Welding Machines are available in 208, 220, 440, and 550 Voltage configurations.

The model AF-2A is available in the following KVAs: 30, 50, and 75
